This is where you get to dream up your brand new home. You’ll have an initial meeting with one of our consultants to discuss floor plan options and walk through our display home to see the inclusions for yourself. With all your ideas in place and deposit paid, we’ll prepare a preliminary estimate along with soil testing, contour testing and house plans and you’ll take a walk through the showroom to discuss your finishings and optional upgrades. With all of this finalised, we’ll draw up the tender and contract.

With contract signed, you get to step into the interior design of your new home. We’ll organise a colour selection consultation with an experienced interior designer to help you get clear on your preferred styling direction.

With colour selections signed off, we’ll get the ball rolling with all elements that need to be finalised prior to the commencement of construction. This includes seeking council approval (if applicable), foundation and slab ordering and private certification for building approval. This process takes around 4 – 6 weeks.

This is when things begin heating up! Your land will be excavated and levelled ready for the concrete slab. From there, a licensed surveyor pegs out the position of your new home and the concrete is poured. With this in place, carpenters will begin to erect the wall frames and roof trusses. The brickwork and/or light cladding—as well as window and external door installation—also begins to take shape. Once that’s complete, the internal plasterboard walls and ceilings are fitted and cabinetry, internal doors, architraves and skirtings are installed, while wet areas are tiled. Once all paint, floor coverings and internals are completed, we’ll invite you to take a tour of your new home to review all works inside and outside.

This is the exciting moment you get your keys! We’ll meet with you at your new home to do the final handover of all last items—over a bottle of champagne. We’ll take you on a tour of your new house and show you how everything works. All that’s left is moving your furniture inside!

We want to make sure you are settling in okay so we’ll be in touch a week after you’ve moved in to check on you. Once you’ve been in your home for 12 months, you have the option to schedule a warranty inspection. This is when, in the unlikely event anything needs touching up, these items will be addressed.
