Knockdown Rebuild

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending The Ultra Group Australia open home, and couldn't believe the quality, style and value this amazing home offers. After being the construction industry for over 30 years, it's not often you see a home to this level of perfection. The innovation, styling and design is top class. Out of many features I loved, the cinema, facade, ensuite and curved walls ensures the Amara 27 is by far my favourite display home in this region and QLD. A huge congratulations to the Ultra team.

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Kylie from Ultra Living Homes. From the very beginning, I have been impressed with the clear communication and professionalism. Every query or concern was addressed promptly and I have felt well informed every step of the way.

My dealings with Ultra Living Homes has been a great experience. The communication , care and attention to detail in all they do is first class! The staff are genuine and down to earth. I would definitely recommend Ultra Living Homes for an overall great experience!

Prior to the commencement of our build, people told us that building is a stressful process. I can honestly say that was NOT my experience with the Ultra Group. From our first meeting to discuss our dream, to opening the door to our brand new family home, the team at Ultra made our experience as easy as can be. As we are first home buyers, we definitely felt in over our heads when we began the process, but a member of the Ultra team was always just a phone call away with easy to understand information, great advise backed by an excellent industry knowledge and recommendations to make that dream in our heads a reality. Once constructions started, there was always progress on our home. My wife and I were lucky enough to get to visit the site often, and whenever we did there was always something new to look at. Our site supervisor was always easy to get hold of and ready to answer any questions we had along the way as well as accomodating any changes we wanted to make throughout the build. Now our build is complete and I am amazed at the quality and attention to detail Ultra Group have put into our home. Things that other companies offer as "Extras" came standard in our package. My family and I are exceptionally happy with our new family home and can't wait to start making new memories together and for that I'd like to thank the Ultra Group. Building an Ultra Dream Home. Anyone who’s ever built a house, are familiar with the delicate tightrope where trust enables you to balance throughout the journey. Our experience with Ultra Homes, where the customer is treated as close as those who are heading this family-owned business, has been the type of experience you wish for when attempting the mammoth task of given your dreams a foundation. Ultra people are ultra-friendly, ultra-professional and ultra-honest. What a team. What a dream! A special word of massive thanks to Kylie Seller for endless patience, guidance and her kindness. Our journey with you have been nothing but Ultra-awesome.

My experience so far with Ultra Living has been exemplary. Selecting a builder is not an easy process, especially for the inexperienced. I was impressed with the display home, the fact that Ultra has been recognized by the industry for the quality of their work, and the professionalism of Kylie the New Homes consultant at Palmview, but everyone else within the Ultra team. Furthermore, the various other teams (drafting, cabinetry, electrical) that Ultra engages have been super helpful and professional in supporting me through this process, thereby given me further confidence in the overall professionalism of the extended Ultra team. Kylie has been especially helpful, attentive and constructive in guiding me. A huge thank you! I am looking forward to the next stages to this project.

Just finished a home build with ultra in Burpengary. Overall the experience was very good, troy the construction manager did a great job. Even though at times the build was a little slow, quality is as I was promised and so am very happy.

I would like to thank the Ultra team for making our dream a reality. It has been a wonderful journey, and we are thrilled to finally step into our own home. The Ultra team took care of us from design to hand-over. All the defects from the walkthrough have been rectified, and we all agreed on the defect list. Our expectations have been exceeded with the final product, and we are very happy to move in. I have already recommended Ultra to friends and will continue to do so in the future. Really happy with Ultra’s work. Our house turn out to be better than we were expecting. We had couple of setbacks during construction, but ultra was very accommodating, caring and responsive throughout. Highly recommend Ultra. Thank you for building our dream house.

We have just moved into our new home, built by Ultra, and we couldn’t be happier Firstly for us was our interactions with Kylie, who essentially brought our house to life with a drawing my wife and I did on the back of a napkin. She was so engaging, open and with us the whole way through to the start of our build. She was always available via emails and phone calls 7 days a week, and no question was too silly Our site supervisor Scott is an absolute legend. He was so dedicated to ensure we have the best finished product, and still touches base with us a few weeks after hand over to see how things are tracking. He encountered a few setbacks which were out of his control but dealt with them amazingly and kept us in the loop, and we are beyond happy with the end product. Biggest legend going ‘round I cannot recommend Ultra more highly, the build quality is top shelf and the ability to fully customise your home is priceless. Thanks again team 🙂
