We’ll organise the demolition of your existing home and the safe removal of an asbestos materials; we’ll obtain development and building approval, engage consultants to prepare plans and liaise with any adjoining neighbours to ensure everyone is happy – all at a capped service price.

Step One

The assessment

We’ll come to your existing home and provide a thorough assessment of your block of land, helping you get a clear idea of what’s possible in terms of layout and design before delivering a detailed preliminary quote.

Step Two

The contract

With your approval to proceed, we’ll collate all of the details together into an authorised tender. This will include every cost along with your floor plan, colour selections, preliminary site costs and your site plan. From this, we’ll develop a contract.

Step Three

The council approval

We’ll submit everything to the council on your behalf for complete approval. This can take up to eight weeks. During this time, we’ll also pull together the final drawings for your review and approval.

Step Four

The demolition

Our friendly demolition team will get to the business of knocking down your existing home ready for the rebuild! Once all final inspections and surveys are completed, preparation for the new build will commence.

Step Five

The build

This is where the plans and the paperwork come together on site and you’ll begin to see your land transform into a building site until the exciting day when you get to step into your brand new home!
