Ultra Living Homes is proud to present their latest knock down rebuild project in Surfers Paradise.
Located on a signature north facing waterfront allotment in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Ultra Living Homes were engaged to manage the entire knock down rebuild process, including:
- Design and engagement of design consultants (including landscape, civil, hydraulic and stormwater);
- Knock down of the existing dwelling;
- Full new home construction including civil works and mains waterline extension.
The site had many challenges including shared access to a unit complex behind, limited on-site storage space for materials and a compact building footprint. None of which impacted the end outcome of this fantastic multi-residential property with 3 dwellings on the one allotment.
