Ultra Living Homes specialise in designing cost effective homes on sloping and challenging sites. Over the years, we have designed some amazing split level homes on sloping lots, that have provided by clients with great outcomes that are cost effective and complimentary to the block.

Step One
For us, custom home design is all about you. We want to get to know you, get a feel for your lifestyle and the vision you have for your home. So we commence the process by meeting with you to discuss your wants and needs.
Step Two
Once we’ve gathered a comprehensive understanding of your vision, lifestyle and preferences, we put together a brief for your review.
Step Three
If, based on the brief, you’re happy to proceed we begin preparing an estimation. This demonstrates what we can offer you and will give you solid understanding of how much everything will cost.
Step Four
With your approval of the estimate, we’re off! A small initial investment is payable up front that covers the preparation of your new home plans and site investigations. Once all the administration is complete and council approval has come through, you’ll begin to see your new home come to life step by step until the momentous day when you take over the keys for good.
