Amara 27 | Palm Springs-Inspired Coastal Living

The Amara 27, created by Ultra Living Homes, is a stunning example of Palm Springs-inspired design, brought to life on the Sunshine Coast. This award-winning display home combines Mid-Century Modern elegance with a fresh coastal vibe, offering both sophistication and functionality in a family-friendly layout.

Architectural Design & Unique Features

The design of the Amara 27 captures the essence of Palm Springs through its signature curves and striking features. From the welcoming arched front door to the curved interior niches, every element has been carefully crafted to delight the senses. The home seamlessly blends modern style with practicality, making it ideal for the Sunshine Coast’s coastal lifestyle.

Family-Friendly Layout

With four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Amara 27 is built to accommodate family living. The layout includes two distinct living zones that create both space and privacy, while the addition of a mud room nook and a versatile separate study makes the home even more functional.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living

A key highlight of this home is the alfresco area, which extends the living space and serves as an additional room. This space is connected to the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas through corner-less glass stacking doors, creating an uninterrupted flow between the indoors and outdoors.

Natural Light & Breezes

The Amara 27 is designed to embrace the natural environment, allowing sunlight to flood the space while encouraging natural airflow throughout. Large windows, an open layout, and clever positioning ensure that the home stays light and breezy, offering a comfortable and inviting living experience all year round.

Premium Finishes & Palm Springs Glam

The interior of the Amara 27 is as glamorous as it is functional. Materials like Polytec Classic White and Prime Oak Woodmatt bring a sense of modern elegance to the cabinetry, while the feature panelling on the curved kitchen island is crafted from Polytec Steccawood. Adding to the Palm Springs-inspired design is the Reece brushed gold Mizu Drift tapware, bringing a touch of luxury to the kitchen and bathroom spaces.

Award-Winning Design

The Amara 27 has received numerous accolades, including multiple wins at the 2023 HIA-CSR Queensland Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, as well as recognition at the 2023 HIA-IDA Brisbane Kitchen & Bathroom & Queensland Interior Design Awards. The home was celebrated for its stunning display home design, exceptional kitchen, and bathroom design, as well as its beautifully styled interiors.
